Java Fullstack Developers
at Junior, Middle, and Senior levels to join our growing team and contribute to impactful enterprise projects for the Singapore market.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Java Fullstack Developer, you will be involved in end-to-end software development and application enhancement projects, including:
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack web applications.
Develop and integrate backend services, RESTful APIs, and microservices using Java technologies.
Build responsive, scalable, and user-friendly frontend applications using [protected info]
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Architects, QA Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Perform database design, development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
Conduct unit testing, debugging, code review, and technical documentation.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Support integration, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of existing applications.
Ensure software quality, performance, security, and scalability standards are met.
REQUIREMENTS
Junior Java Fullstack Developer (2+ years)
At least 2 years of experience in software development.
Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Basic knowledge of [protected info], JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Familiarity with REST APIs and relational databases.
Experience working with SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL is a plus.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
Strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Middle Java Fullstack Developer (3+ years)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Java Fullstack development.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Java 8+ / Spring Boot

RESTful API development
SQL Server and/or PostgreSQL
Solid understanding of web application architecture and software design principles.
Experience in system integration and application enhancement projects.
Strong capabilities in code review, technical mentoring, and problem-solving.
Experience working on enterprise-scale systems and complex integrations.
Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to team members.
Excellent communication skills in an international working environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, AWS Kiro, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
Experience in enterprise application development and system integration.
Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and container technologies.
Experience working in multinational or offshore development environments.
Good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
