Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibilities:
Procurement Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with organizational goals and objectives;
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers, trends, and opportunities;
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to define procurement requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
Supplier Selection and Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers based on quality, reliability, cost, and other relevant factors;
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
Procurement Process and Policy:
- Establish and enforce procurement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance and consistency;
- Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness;
- Implement procurement best practices and leverage technology solutions to streamline workflows.
Cost Optimization and Budgeting:
- Monitor and analyze procurement spend, identifying opportunities for cost savings and value optimization;
- Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to develop procurement budgets and forecasts;
- Implement cost control measures and track savings achieved through strategic sourcing initiatives.
Risk Management and Compliance:
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies;
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers to assess their financial stability, reputation, and compliance records;
- Monitor supplier performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) is preferred;
- Years of experience: at least 3 years as the same role
- Proven experience in procurement or strategic sourcing roles, with a focus on managing supplier relationships and negotiating contracts;
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Proficiency in using procurement software and systems;
- Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements;
- Strong leadership abilities and a track record of building and developing high-performing teams
