Locations: Hai Thanh CFS warehouse - Hai Thanh industrial zone - Pham Van Dong street - Hai Thanh ward - Duong Kinh district - Hai Phong (no shuttle bus service).
Key Responsibilities
Ensure optimal use of facilities, including accommodation, furniture, equipment, and supporting services, while maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure proper functioning of facilities.
Plan and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and replacements for equipment and property.
Manage property-related activities such as insurance and supply arrangements.
Schedule and oversee building repairs, installations, and maintenance work with vendors and internal teams.
Supervise contractors and vendors to ensure quality and compliance.
Maintain accurate equipment lists and schedule regular preventive maintenance.
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
Provide Facilities & Administration (FNA) consulting and operational services aligned with business strategies.

Job Requirements
Education: College or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Certification: Preferably holds a professional certification in Facility Management.
3-5 years of relevant experience, ideally in warehouse and logistics environments.
Familiarity with 5S/7S, ISO, and C-TPAT standards is highly preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
Detail-oriented, independent, and passionate about facility management.
Experience working in warehouse settings is a strong plus.
Ability to travel flexibly between different warehouse locations.
Hands-on experience in performing basic repairs and maintenance
