Job description:
- C&B
In charge of implementation: Timekeeping, salary calculation, welfare regime, social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and personal income tax.
Monitoring deadlines, drafting and signing Labor Contracts.
Working with state agencies: Insurance, tax, Department/Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, Immigration Department.
Receive and transmit information on administrative documents, keep and arrange personnel records, and documents.
Complete the necessary documents and documents from HO HCM/HN.
- Recruitment
In charge of recruiting all positions from the assigned units.
Negotiate remuneration, working conditions with successful candidates.
Manage, store and update employee information records.
Implement and supervise the implementation of the recruitment process, for foreign workers: participate in interviews (if necessary). Work with partners to carry out immigration procedures and work permits.

Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in the field of general human resources.
Have good office computer skills.
Have good English (Have good communication).
Update and familiar with Vietnam Labor Law, understand the procedures for working registration for foreigners in Vietnam.
Careful and progressive spirit.
Have good project management and implementation skills.
