- Ensure the correct and timely preparation of coal and other related samples in accordance with required international standards, using various sample crusher models
- Ensure the accuracy and precision of prepared samples
- Conduct the routine quality checks including air dry loss, total moisture, particle size analysis, HGI (grindability) and other tests
- Performs maintenance on all preparation equipment and troubleshoot malfunctions when needed
- Available to work in the testing and sampling areas of the business
- Be compliant to all SGS QHSE and HR policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as directed by the section supervisor/manager
