Mô tả công việc
I. AUTHORIZATION
- Work with other departments about job related matters;
- Work with local authorities, suppliers, organizations, clients, Tokio Marine person in charge, ect. to perform necessary actions as assigned by line manager.
II. ROLES
Set up, implement, follow-up and manage IT security framework and activities in accordance with Group's standards and business requirements.
III. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a key driver and subject matter expert for IT security, risk and compliance matters.
- Work with local and regional team to implement IT security and compliance review initiatives.
- Define, plan and implement IT Risk Management framework and processes.
- Establish baseline and suitable metrics for risk monitoring and reporting to management.
- Engage in IT security and risk management projects.
- Establish standards, provide guidance and ensure compliance towards company's IT security policies.
- Advise businesses or IT stakeholders and project teams on IT risks and recommend controls, practices and designs to mitigate the risks as well as meeting compliance requirements.
- Plan and deliver communication sessions on IT risk and controls to IT or business stakeholders.
- Conduct gap analysis and initiate improvements.
- Maintain oversight on IT risks and operational risks including tracking, monitoring and escalation key risks for timely actions.
- Identify, review and collaborate with service providers in driving IT security technical solutions
- Keep up to date with latest technology and legislation regarding IT security.
- Other tasks as assigned by line manager and/ or required by the job.

2. Technical competencies
- At least 5 years of working experience in managing IT risks and IT compliance.
- Possess strong analytical skill and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Result oriented, with good project management skills and able to multi-task and operate within stipulated deadlines.
- Knowledge of legislative (e.g. PDPA) and regulatory (e.g. MAS TRM, Bank Negara & etc.) would be advantageous.
- Good leadership skill
- Knowledge of insurance industry will be an added advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar field.
- Adept use of MS Office
- Fluent English
