● Conceptualise and lead strategies for business (P&L) that you are in charge, directly report to CEO;
● Achieve and maximize revenue of business by identifying, developing ideas and delivering successfully potential opportunities;
● Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual plans and budgets for the P&L. Setting, monitoring and reporting on team goals; Craft quarterly and annual hiring plans;
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams across markets to strategize and implement key initiatives, including but not limited to product, market growth and operation;
● Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share;
● P&Ls overview: Cross-border eCommerce Platforms with optimized services and solutions (such as: payment, fulfillment, sourcing, recommendation ...) of ShopBase ecosystem [protected info]
