MISSION:
As our Production Development Industrialization Specialist, you'll transform innovative concepts into high-quality, cost-effective, and eco-responsible sporting goods. You are the guardian of seamless reproduction, ensuring every product hits Decathlon's rigorous benchmarks for quality, cost, lead time and all while maintaining our uncompromising commitment to environmental standards.
- Lead the product development in my local production team
- Lead the industrial partners towards technical excellence
- Master industrial price while ensure good quality and lead time
- Improve systematically the value chain of my process
Yêu cầu
OUR REQUIREMENTS::
1. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Garment Production, preferably in the Product Development stage.
2. Passion for Sport: A genuine passion for sports products and understanding of sportswear dynamics
3. Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse teams and suppliers
4. Language Proficiency: Strong proficiency in both Vietnamese and good English communication skills (written and verbal).
5. Location Flexibility: Willingness to work and be based in Hanoi, with frequent travel to factories (at least 2 days a week). Factory location: Phu Tho
