Mô tả công việc
I. AUTHORIZATION
- Work with other departments about job related matters;
- Work with local authorities, suppliers, organizations, clients, Tokio Marine people in charge ... to perform necessary actions as assigned by Manager/HOD.
II. ROLES
Coordinate to set up, implement and follow up corporate long term strategy, monitor the execution of annual business plan, coordinate corporate affairs and governance.
III. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Corporate Strategy and Business / Corporate Planning
- Support the Head of Corporate Planning in developing corporate long-term strategy to materialize the company's goals.
- Coordinate to develop the Company's business plan and ensure the alignment of business plans with corporate strategy.
- Monitors the operational execution of the corporate business plan;
- Tracks and reviews KPI's, goals and objectives of the corporate business plan;
- Analyze corporate data, dashboard and compile relevant reports, presentation as per management request.
- Coordinate the preparation of Annual Report.
2. Corporate Affairs and Governance / Coordination
- Coordinate with Shareholders to ensure the alignment between shareholders' requirements and the developed business plans.
- Coordinate company-wide meeting and business arrangement, cross-functional initiatives, projects.
- Coordinate to establish risk management framework and monitor implementation of all aspects of the risk management function.
3. Others
- Performs other duties as determined by the Director of Corporate Planning and/or competent management levels

2. Technical competencies
- Demonstrated understanding in business planning, corporate planning, risk management, local government or organizational performance.
- Good analytical, conceptual thinking and coordination skills.
- Proven ability to analyze data, draw logical conclusions, and prepare report.
- At least 3 years proven work experience as business analysts, planner, developer or relevant roles in multi-national environment. Exposure in non-life insurance is an asset.
- Master or Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill;
- Adept use of MS Office, especially power point, presentation slides;
- English: fluent.
