The position opens lots of opportunities for challenging tasks both locally and internally, involving teamwork, fostering good personal development. The successful candidates will get continuous training and development programs, backed up by various products. Successful candidates will be working for QT Instruments Vietnam across the country.
** THE ROLE
To contribute to profitable growth in product and services revenue, through engineering consultancy, technical support, and medical device services work.
** RESPONSIBILITY
To conduct on-site product training and technical training to customers
To conduct condition monitoring system delivery at customer site.
Coordinate with QT Instruments Vietnam for projects in Vietnam which involve multi parties/suppliers/customers.
To execute on-site all types of reliability technical services (troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, aftersales services).
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1.Qualification
Diploma or higher degree in engineering disciplines (preferable in medical devices or biomedical)
Been working for a medical device company is an advantage.
2. Specific experiences
At least 4-5 years' experience in maintenance field and/or working in service contract.
Experience in medical devices is an advantage.
3. Skills & Competencies to be successful on the job
Biomedical/Electronics engineer or related field.
Good interpersonal skills - able to interact well with all levels of customers and able to build reports.
Project management skills are a plus.
Good computer skills (MS office: excel, word, pp is a must).
Good communication skills at all organizational levels are essential. Good communication skill in English and computer skills is mandatory.
Knowing how about computer interfacing is a plus.
High energy level with good time management and planning skills.
Strategic thinking, self-motivated, able to work independently.
