Mô tả công việc
Job Duties:
o Join the hardware design team to design the power converters/AC-DC Circuit, Power supply, Bike/EV charger.
o Design and develop power electronics circuits for new products.
o Preparation of test specifications, test plan and test reports
o Responsible for verification and validation of developed hardware
o Conduct testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards).
o Collaborate with the software team to ensure hardware-software compatibility.
Experience nice to have:
o Product design experience: Power converters/AC-DC Circuit, EV charger.
o Experience and design knowledge of PFC, LLC and Flyback and other topologies
o Experience in magnetic design: Low and high frequency transformers and Inductors
o Strong design knowledge of Digital circuit designs, Analog circuit design.
o Knowledge of control Loop design and stability analysis and experience in developing control systems for Power inverters/Converters.
o Knowledge of thermal management, magnet components design, EMC and safety requirements
o Ability to analyze analog & power electronic circuits using error budgets, Performance analysis, Sensitivity analysis etc.
o Knowledge of PCB design in meeting the compliance/Manufacturing requirements.
Yêu cầu
o Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Power Electronics, Hardware Engineering, or a related field.
o Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with analog and digital circuit development including design, debugging and validation.
o Good knowledge of electronic circuit design with Op-Amps, ADCs
o In-depth knowledge of electronic components such as MOSFETs, IGBTs, transformers, and large capacitors.
o Proficient in circuit design software such as Altium
Designer, KiCad, or Eagle.
o Prototyping, validation and troubleshooting of electronic circuits.
o Having experience in using CAD software for schematic capture and PCB layout,.
o Familiar with the use of multi-meters, oscilloscopes, and power analyzers.
