Assists with the provision of foreign travel arrangements for all staff and internal travel arrangements for visitors.
Assist for the recording, maintaining, solving & reporting of all building and maintenance problems.
Assist to office supplies & stationeries inventory control.
Assist to cover the reception area when receptionist is on holidays:
- Sort out incoming mails and acknowledge when necessary
- Receive and distribute incoming fax/messages to the appropriate divisions.
- Answer phone when customer calling
Prepare and maintain quality system procedures and forms relating to Administration for the Administration Department.
Completion of any tasks that may be required from time to time
Collect testing fee for all division
Booking ticket for staff, inspector ( all division when necessary)
Create payment voucher & petty cash payment for supplier, travelling exp for inspector, driver consumable, electricity, water fee, rent office, hire photocopy machine, lunch office, phone card...... ) and send report as require
Create PR for consumable, tools, spare part, calibration, verification equipment
Yêu cầu
College graduated or above
At least 1 year experience at related position
English skills: reading & writing
Good communication skill
