Job Purpose:
The main purpose of the
Designer Intern position is to support the Design team in producing art and video assets for Guardian campaign, in-store and social touchpoints.
Resposibilities:
1. Art & Design Support - 50%
Support the adaptation of monthly campaign Key Visuals (KV) into offline, digital and social assets under the guidance of the line manager.
Resize & adapt POSM artwork for offline stores (standee, wobbler, shelf talker, in-store posters, etc.) following approved dimension specifications.
Prepare simple design items such as flyers, posters and social posts based on approved templates and brand guidelines.
2. Video & Social Content Production - 40%
Edit short social videos (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram Reels) and in-store LCD videos with simple motion graphics.
Support filming and content capture for social, campaign and in-store activities when required.
Follow the social content calendar to deliver video assets on time.
3. Others - 10%
Manage and update the design asset library and artwork archive.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the line manager.
Requirment:
Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Graphic Design, Applied Arts or related fields.
Able to work full time for a 6-month internship.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; able to edit video with Premiere, After Effects, CapCut or similar software.
Portfolio of design and/or video work is required.
Good aesthetic sense and awareness of social content trends.
Can-do attitude, attention to detail and organizational skill.
Good communication skills (written and verbal) in both Vietnamese and English.
