WHAT YOU WILL DO ?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager who can rapidly identify the right talent to attract and fulfill the hiring demands for our Board Director and hiring managers in Vietnam and other overseas offices. In this role, you will be participating in HR and Culture related projects to talent management and recruitment for Vietnam and other regions.
You will also bring your expertise to effectively evaluate candidates' skills via HR interview sessions, culture fit, and alignment with the organization's competency needs.
HOW YOU WILL DO IT ?
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Monitor the effectiveness of such talent acquisition strategies and recommend improvements
Lead employment branding initiatives (both offline and online)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience, including a successful onboarding process
Manage the whole recruitment and selection processes, including anticipate future needs, driving and gaining insights into position criteria and duties; sourcing to find the most appropriate channels; screening, interviewing, and evaluating prospects
Assist in employee retention and development initiatives (i.e. effective onboarding process)
Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and maintain strong and sustainable candidate pipelines
Design and ensure a successful onboarding process
Develop recruitment related reports and identify areas of improvement
Lead talent acquisition related projects where required to increase the recruitment efficiency and quality.
WHO YOU ARE ?
Proven experience as talent acquisition management
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Knowledge of industry trends
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Excellent communicator
Empathy with 4P's vision
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Result-driven
