MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
1. Employee Document
Collect documents for new Partners: Every Thursday (includes WowC Partners).
Scan and archive dossiers: Digital and physical filing.
Track resignation letters: Monitor and record resignation forms sent from restaurants.
Onboarding & Exit documentation: Collect entry/exit documents.
2. Social Insurance-Related Assistance
Return social insurance books and termination decisions: Hand over closed insurance records and official exit decisions.
Verify residency information: Look up residency status for statutory insurance declarations.
3. Expat Services-Related Assistance
Government liaison: Submit or collect documents directly at government offices for expat procedures as needed.
4. Personal Tax-Related Assistance
Tax Identification Number (TIN) verification: Check if new Partners already have a TIN; verify whether it is an old ID-based code or updated to the new ID.
5. Other Tasks
Probation management: Send probation meeting invites and collect probation appraisal forms (WowC).
BIPO System Training: Guide new Partners on how to use the BIPO platform (WowC).
Health check-up process: Consolidate monthly health check lists, send lists to clinics, and update medical results and outstanding costs for payment.

Education Background:
Current undergraduate student (3rd or 4th year) majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
Able to provide an internship introduction letter from the university.
