the purpose of building our future leader

, the Vietnam Management
Associate Program is designed to create a fast-track career with intense
training for young Vietnamese talents to develop their competences, join in
realistic & impactful projects.
During
this 2-year program, as Management Associate, you will be assigned to
rotate through several teams across different business functions including
Food, Non-Food, and Property. The program will be customized for each MA to fit
their unique capabilities and career aspirations. This will provide curated
exposure to different work areas and international working experience.

Fresh graduates or young professional who have less than 3 years
of working experience

HR Interview: September, 2022
Assessment: October, 2022
