PROGRAM OVERVIEW
AB InBev Southeast Asia Supply Excellent Talent program is designed to attract and employ outstanding recent graduates by helping them grow into our future experts and leaders in the Supply & Logistics field starting in August 2023. The focus is on improving process and efficiencies in our breweries and our logistics/supply chain - all to help us stay ahead of the pack. It's where you can make a big difference to our impact on the environment and focus on innovation.
SETs will be supported by comprehensive and effective training, broad career development opportunities and the highest attention paid by our management team. According to personal preference and business needs, the company provides two career paths of Experts and Management to help find the most suitable development directions and career paths.
In the first year of the program, SETs will receive an induction to the Supply & Logistics function and go through cross-department rotational training.
Experience life on the front-line of a brewery, while working with our technicians over 12 months to make the great beers we're famous for. But you won't just be observing. You'll make a direct impact - you'll address real challenges, create innovative solutions and help grow our business. Impress us and you'll soon be leading a team of your own.
Following the program, SETs will start their new journey in our breweries across Southeast Asia or more and gradually grow into future experts and leaders in Supply & Logistics.
You'll experience life at the heart of a brewery, where you will have hands-on experience in producing great beers we are famous for and learn first-hand the technical and practical challenges that affect various departments, including Logistics, Quality, Packaging, and Brewery Operations. Through inspiring projects at multiple locations and departments you'll get a broad view on our supply and business operations. Take the initiative and you'll soon be leading a team of your own.
The 12-month program is designed to build your leadership, project and general management skills. You will get the opportunity to work on 3 different projects, each ranging between 4-6 weeks, held in different breweries and/or logistics operations, which will give you a 360° view on our Supply Chain. In addition to your day-to-day role, you will be exposed to many training opportunities which will develop you further and set you up for a successful career!
After 12-month, you are able to land a position at: Brewing, Packaging,
Technical Services, Planning & Logistics, Warehouse, Quality etc.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You love being at the heart of the action, you are great at managing operations and equally keen to step in and help out. And, while you're developing these skills in a fast-paced work environment, you'll be supported by a team of colleagues who are as driven to achieve impressive results and shared successes as you are.
If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, you are results-driven and have undertaken some form of leadership position either inside or outside of university you might be a good fit for the SET program.
To be eligible for the SET, you have to graduate before August 2023 with a Bachelor, Masters. Or university graduates less than 2 years of full-time working experience
Major: Automation, Engineering (Food, Chemical, Mechanical, Production or Electrical), Science (Bio-chemistry, Micro-biology or Brewing/Food science), Other relevant degree (Supply Chain, Logistics, Business etc.)
Command of written and oral English.
Accept and be willing to strive for opportunities of cross-country, cross-region or cross-department work transfer.
