program. You will join the training and the assessment, do a simulation

About Young Professional Program: a fast-track program for young and talented technology fresher candidates - those who are passionate about technology and want to develop their first career step as a Software Engineer at bbv Vietnam.

1. What will you do:
We will conduct a 6-months training program. You will join the training, do a simulation project, join the assessment, and have an opportunity to become bbv Vietnam official employees with attractive net salary and benefits.
We have 2 challenges:
First 3 months: join the training and workshops, do the project, and take the assessment;
Final 3 months: continue to do the project, take the final assessment, and present your report.
2. Which skill you should have to match with our program: NOTHING
If you are:
Final year university/college students who interested in software;
Fair communication: speaking and listening skills;
Acknowledgment of basic programming skills, data structures and algorithms.
Able to follow the timeline of the program (Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm); can support 1-2 days off for school.

3. What will you get if you join our program:
Allowance: 3.000.000 VNĐ + parking fee + PIT (personal income tax) covered;
Be trained on the job by the Senior Software Engineer of bbv Vietnam;
Working with simulated projects based on professional and standard software development processes (Swiss standard);

Onboarding and purpose of program - 2 days​
Learning how to learn and learn fast - 3 days
Autonomy at work - 1 day​
Software Requirements Analysis by examples - 1 weeks
UX design fundamentals (design mockup to prototypes with [protected info] or figma) - 2 weeks
Database design in practices - 1 week​
.NET and backend development fundamentals - 2 weeks​
Angular fundamentals - 1 week​
How to work with Git - 1 day​
Azure fundamentals - 1 week​
Working on Projects - 3 months
