STORE STAFF PART-TIME

JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide a consistently adequate shopping experience for customers:
Greet customers and provide genuine hospitality.
Perform explicit sales procedure: consultation, upselling, billing, product wrapping and
after-sales support.
Support online and wholesales' orders preparation.
Maintain outstanding store condition.
Re-fill products from the stockroom to display.
Support stock-in procedure, handling products to warehouse
Manage availability and in-and-out numbers of merchandise and stationery.
Preserve the best quality for products.
REQUIREMENTS
English fluency and communication skills.
Carefulness, agility and moderate physical health (as ceramics and other homewares can
be fragile and heavy when handled).
Precision when handling numbers.
Able to work in shift: 8:30AM - 3:00PM or 2:30PM - 9:00PM at amai stores in District 1 and
District 2, HCMC. Following arrangement of Store Manager and ensure minimum 4 shifts per
week.
Familiarity with time-management practice is an advantage.
BENEFITS
Basic salary: 35,000VND/ hour

JOB DESCRIPTION
Design printed products such as Brochures, Catalogues, Posters, Banners, Backdrops, Standees... as PR media.
Develop and design packaging in accordance with brand identity and standards.
Conduct simulations and prototype testing to ensure the practicality and product protection capabilities of the packaging.
Work with the sales department to produce labels, price lists and other in-store printed products.
Collaborate with departmental links to understand project requirements.
Present ideas and design concepts to the Marketing Manager and General Manager, then receive feedback and adjust designs if required.
Optimize product images and other visual elements on the website.
Communicate with print factory and suppliers to produce best quality printed products aligned with final delivery.
REQUIREMENTS
Graduated from Graphic Design or other related majors.
Have at least 1 year of working experience.
Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, inDesign, Figma, etc.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, ensuring deadlines without affecting quality.
Good thinking about aesthetics, colors, local layout and love of minimalist style in line with the spirit of amaï.
Ability to work well in a team.
