JOB DESCRIPTION
To support in drafting and reviewing Contract Templates, Appendices,
other agreements related to Contract, authorization letters, and/or other
related documents as required.
To support in legal consultancy, research and legal analysis; update the
current regulations of law.
To support in performing the licensing procedures such as adjustment of
the Company's licenses, obtaining approvals/licenses related to the Company's
operation.
To draft the internal documents and official letters and/or legal
reports related to the Company's operation according to the requests from the
competent authorities.
To work with the State authorities related to the Company's operation
and projects.
Other tasks within the Legal Department's scope of operation and
according to Legal Counsel's direction.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Diploma -
Experience:
Minimum the last year law
student from reputable law universities in Vietnam.
Previous experience as an internship at law firms
or in-house legal intern in the corporates is a plus.
2.
Competences
Bilingual proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation
abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
