Lead Automation Engineer

JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the execution of automation software projects within industrial control systems.
Design, develop, maintain, and troubleshoot PLC and SCADA applications.
Develop software functions from scratch while ensuring coding standards and best practices.
Monitor project progress, resource allocation, and provide regular status updates.
Collaborate with global engineering teams to ensure project delivery meets customer specifications and regulatory requirements.
Own key engineering deliverables, including:
Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
Software Requirement Specifications (SRS)
Software Design Documents
System Test Procedures
Prepare and review:
Project Requirements & Design Specifications
Software Product Requirements
Interface Specifications
Test Requirements
Perform software testing and validation in accordance with engineering standards and Codes of Practice.
Review engineering solutions to ensure standardization, scalability, and efficient resource utilization across projects.
Drive continuous improvement in software development processes and engineering quality.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Automation, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation engineering.
Strong hands-on experience with PLC and HMI/SCADA development.
Experience with TwinCAT Soft PLC and Ignition SCADA is highly preferred.
Solid knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as:
Modbus TCP
CAN
Ethernet UDP
OPC UA
Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design methodologies.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), software engineering best practices, and quality assurance processes.
Experience in delivering automation or industrial software projects.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional and international teams.
Willingness to travel domestically or internationally when required.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Identify and acquire new clients with IT hiring demands across Vietnam.
Develop business opportunities for IT Staffing, IT Outsourcing, and Talent Solutions services.
Proactively generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, cold calling, meetings, and referrals.
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and client meetings to proposal, negotiation, contract signing, and account management.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Work closely with Recruitment and Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution and placements.
Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts in accordance with company policies.
Resolve client concerns and maintain high customer satisfaction throughout the engagement.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in IT Staffing, IT Outsourcing, Recruitment Services, or Talent Solutions.
Strong hunter mindset with proven experience in new business development.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Intermediate English proficiency or above.
Self-motivated, resilient, target-driven, and able to work independently.
