JOB DESCRIPTION
Support daily administrative and HR operations
Manage and organize employee records and HR documentation
Assist in the recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening, candidate communication, and interview scheduling
Support internal activities and office operations
Coordinate with different departments on operational and administrative matters
REQUIREMENTS
- Background in Business Administration or related fields
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in English
- Interest in healthcare industry, consulting, or business operations is preferred
