JOB DESCRIPTION
Assist in researching and identifying new B2B business opportunities and potential clients.
Support the preparation of proposals, bids, and presentations for tender submissions.
Assist with the bidding and tendering process, ensuring deadlines and requirements are met.
Help manage and track ongoing project proposals and contracts.
Collaborate with the project management team to support project execution and deliverables.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and client needs.
Maintain and foster relationships with existing clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Provide administrative support to the business development team and project managers.
Participate in organizing client meetings, conferences, and industry events.
REQUIREMENTS
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, or related fields.
Strong communication, research, and analytical skills.
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Interest in the architecture or design industry is preferred.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
