JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Role & Responsibilities:
Gather & compile HR data from various sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Analyze HR metrics and trends, prepare detailed reports and presentations, and present the data clearly to stakeholders.
Identify potential opportunities to improve the existing reports and use HR analysis modelling to assist with management decision-making.
Research possible solutions and utilize technology such as Power Platform, including Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Power App, etc., for improving data management and HR performance.
Conduct research on HR best practices and trends to support continuous improvement.
Assist in the preparation and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.
Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling interviews, maintaining files, and handling correspondence.
Other relevant assignments as necessary.
REQUIREMENTS
2. Requirements:
In the process of obtaining a bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Business Adminstration, Data analytics, Economics or other related fields.
Experience with Excel, Power BI, Power Query or any visualization software.
Strong analytical skills.
Able to communicate effectively to transfer the analytical findings to stakeholders using methods such as graphs, charts, PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
Willing to learn new things.
