JOB DESCRIPTION
ACTUAL THINGS YOU'LL DO
Assist in posting job advertisements and screening candidate resumes.
Support the interview process and other recruitment activities.
Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including collecting documents and guiding initial procedures.
Update and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Support employee care activities and respond to basic HR policy inquiries.
Help track and compile data related to payroll, insurance, and employee benefits.
Participate in organizing training sessions and internal events to enhance employee engagement.
Learn and comply with labor laws and company HR policies.
Provide assistance with other HR-related tasks as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
THE REQUIREMENTS
To apply, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Final-year students or recent graduates majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Passionate about and eager to develop a career in Human Resources.
Good communication skills, proactive and willing to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong teamwork and independent working capabilities.
Basic understanding of labor laws and HR procedures is a plus.

Monthly allowance of 1,000,000 VND for part-time employees and 1,995,000 VND for full-time employees.
The part-time work duration is a minimum of 6 months.
