The Business Executive Network is an independent
executive community connecting senior business leaders across Vietnam through
curated events, executive peer groups, and media initiatives.
As our community continues to grow, we are looking for
part-time team members to join our small team at Lakeview City, Thu Duc City. This is an opportunity to gain first-hand experience
working alongside senior executives and business leaders while developing
practical business skills in a professional environment.

These opportunities are particularly suitable for
university students, recent graduates, and early-career professionals who are
looking to gain meaningful professional experience alongside their studies or
other commitments.
Successful part-time team members typically work
approximately 20-25 hours per week, depending on business needs and
their availability.
What You'll
Be Doing
Responsibilities will vary depending on the role and
each candidate's strengths, but may include:
Assisting
with business development initiatives and executive outreach (Business
Development)
Supporting
the planning and coordination of executive networking events. (Events &
Membership)
Managing
membership communications and engagement. (Events & Membership)
Contributing
to graphic design, social media content, newsletters, and promotional
activities. (Marketing & Communications)
Supporting
CRM updates and lead generation activities. (Business Development / Marketing)
Supporting
executive meeting preparation, research, and follow-up activities.
(Administration / Business Development)
Assisting
with day-to-day operational and administrative activities. (Administration, HR
& Finance)
Supporting
coordination and other projects across the business as required.
(Cross-functional)
Whether your interests are in marketing, events,
administration, business development, or operations, you will have the
opportunity to contribute to real projects supporting Vietnam's executive
business community.
