The position is based in Ho Chi Minh City. You will work at URGO's subsidiary, opened 20 years ago,
where we have a market leader position in both Hospital and Pharmacy channels. You will join our
70+ people team to focus on the Specialty Care unit, providing Advanced Wound Care products to
the healthcare professionals in hospital.
This is a 6-month internship position for anyone who looks to set their first steps in the healthcare
sector, and would like to develop a career in marketing and healthcare industry. This intern can

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented trainee to join our Field Force
Effectiveness team in Urgo Medical Vietnam. As an FFE trainee, you will collaborate closely
with the FFE team to support various initiatives aimed at optimizing the performance and
productivity of our field force.
Assist in the analysis and interpretation of sales data, including territory performance,
market trends, and product performance metrics.
Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and dashboards for
management review.
Contribute to the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) involving
multiple stakeholders.
Assist in the utilization and optimization of CRM (Customer Relationship
Management) systems for field force tracking and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Market
Access, to align FFE initiatives with overall business goals.
Participate in meetings, workshops, and training sessions to enhance knowledge of
FFE strategies and practices.
REQUIREMENTS
