This is 12 months labor contract only. Base in HCMC office but require to travel to Can Tho office one day a week (company car supported)
JOB OVERVIEW:
Commercial Operations executive provides general support to commercial includes purchasing, logistics, warehousing & customer service and commercial data to ensure smooth operations
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Commercial operations (Purchasing, Customer Services)
Purchasing:
Manage contract and price negotiations with vendors, service providers
Conduct procurement to payment activities: source and evaluate new vendors, make comparative statement, analyze Purchase Request, issue Purchase Order and follow it up till final delivery and invoice received.
Be responsible for procurement business system data input and data integrity.
Customer service:
Track and follow customer debt and offset payment.
Track & follow documents of customer (contract, quotation)
Billing and rebate process and follow up invoce issue
Commercial Excellence
Planning, Budgeting and Forcasting and monitor Revenue, Costing and Expenses
Monitoring Sales Figures, weekly and monthly sales performance.
Maintain an Accurate Database of Customer and Prospect Information.
Support for audit, VAT report, document filling
Office management:
· Provide general support to visitors
· Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary and sssist in the onboarding process for new hires.
· Plan in-house or off-site activities, like celebrations and conferences, outing, team building.
Desired Skills and Experience
* College degree or above preferably in business administration, finance accounting or related major
* A minimum of 01 year of relevant experience
* Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
* SAP & Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize goals and tasks in accordance with BU objectives
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing) and team working ability.

* Decision-making and problem-solving skill
