JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Overview:
You'll be the first point of contact for customers and leads-helping them understand our services, solving concerns, and guiding them through their dating journey. Your core focus is to increase conversions and create meaningful customer experiences, while also supporting light marketing initiatives.
🛠 Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Customer Support (65%)
Chat and consult with potential customers across platforms (Zalo, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
Handle objections and questions with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
Follow up with leads, onboard them smoothly, and ensure a great experience throughout.
Collect feedback after 1:1 dates and offer suggestions for the next step if applicable.
Track customer progress and maintain individual records on CRM or shared sheets.
2. Marketing Support (35%)
Create and design email marketing campaigns (based on templates and brand direction).
Identify and reach out to potential partners (KOCs, local brands, venues) for cross-collaboration.
Coordinate with internal team to brainstorm light content ideas that drive conversion (not required to film or post).
Research and list new customer segments or potential acquisition channels.
REQUIREMENTS
✅ What We're Looking For:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales or customer service.
Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.
Ability to understand customer psychology and build genuine trust.
Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to results.
Bonus: experience in dating/lifestyle/fashion/beauty/education sectors.
