You possess strong verbal & written communication skills in order to be efficient in your interaction with our candidates at different seniority levels.
You are good at English, in order to coordinate with other recruitment teams or leaders in the region.
You are self-motivated, proactive, and willing to develop in a start-up environment with high flexibility and without close supervision.
How you'll contribute:
Work as a Recruitment Consultant / Headhunter.
Coordinate with hiring managers to define necessary requirements for open roles.
Send recruiting emails to passive candidates and follow up when necessary.
Browse resume databases and portfolio sites.
Create candidates' profiles.
Advertise open positions to external networks.
Maintain organized databases with candidates' data Keep in touch with past applicants.
Use Linkedin to search for qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles
What this internship offers you:
Received training on recruitment process & basic industry knowledge to understand candidates' profiles (mostly in IT).
