GetLinks Vietnam is now looking for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE.
A Business Development Executive has some important duties and responsibilities to fulfill:
Develop growth strategies and plans, Manage and retain relationships with existing clients, Increase client base, Have an in-depth knowledge of business and value proposition.
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients, Meet with clients to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of company's relationship with them
Collaborate very closely with customer success team
Resolve any issues and problems of clients and act as a link between clients and customer success team
Identify and map business strengths and clients needs
We're looking for candidates with:
Bachelor's or Master's is fine, preferably with some business focus.
At least 1 years of experience in sales B2B, experience in recruitment agency is plus who is passionate to lead and win in Sales
Experience in customer relationship management.
Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
You'll be perfect with:
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets
Decision-making skills
The ability to multitask and prioritize your workload
People person and high EQ
Hungry, driven, ambitious, engaging and result-oriented
Attractive benefits:
Salary: base salary (can negotiable) + competitive incentive based on KPI
