About Blueberry Group:
Blueberry Energy delivers cutting-edge solar solutions, specializing in commercial rooftop systems and expert project management. We help businesses transition to sustainable energy with innovative design, development, and financing.
Here's the thing: we're really good at solar. Like, embarrassingly good. Our engineers can calculate irradiance values in their sleep and optimize panel angles with their eyes closed.
But marketing ourselves? Let's just say our last Instagram post got 3 likes (two were from our moms, one was an accident). Our LinkedIn is... well, it exists. Our website copy reads like a technical manual because, plot twist, an engineer wrote it.
That's where you come in.
We're looking for a Marketing & Digital Communications Intern who can translate "bifacial modules with optimized tilt angles" into something humans actually want to read. Someone who knows that a caption shouldn't be 47 lines long. Someone who understands that social media trends change faster than our energy yield forecasts.
What You'll Do (AKA: Please Save Us)
Manage our social media before it becomes a digital ghost town (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram - we're even brave enough to consider TikTok if you think we should)
Create content that makes solar energy sound cool, not like homework
Write blogs, newsletters, and website copy that people will actually finish reading
Help us figure out what "brand voice" means (we think we have one?)
Design graphics and visuals because our current PowerPoint templates are from 2019
Run our email campaigns and pretend our open rates don't hurt our feelings
Track analytics and tell us what's working (spoiler: probably not much right now)
Help with marketing campaigns, events, and whatever else needs rescuing
Teach us what "engagement pods" and "algorithm hacks" are
What We're Looking For
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (or just someone who gets the internet)
Actual understanding of social media (not just using it, but understanding how brands should use it)
Can write clearly and creatively - bonus points if you can make B2B solar sound interesting
Design skills (Canva minimum, Adobe Suite a plus - we're not picky, we're desperate)
Basic graphic design and content creation abilities
Knows their way around analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Fluent in memes, trends, and whatever Gen Z is doing this week
Good English and Vietnamese skills (written and spoken)
Patient enough to explain marketing concepts to engineers who think "going viral" is a bad thing
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running social media for a brand, club, or your very successful dog's Instagram
Photography/videography skills (we have solar panels that deserve better than blurry iPhone photos)
Basic video editing (we have CapCut, we think?)
Previous internship in marketing, communications, or digital media
Bonus: you can explain why sustainability marketing is different (because apparently it is?)
What You'll Gain
Creative freedom (seriously, we'll try anything at this point)
Real portfolio pieces - you'll own campaigns from start to finish
Mentorship from people who know solar really well and marketing (yes, we also have some skills, you will see)
Internship allowance and completion certificate
The satisfaction of building something from scratch (or rubble, depending on how you see it)
Outstanding interns may be offered a full-time
Marketing Executive position (yes, we're serious)
The Vibe
We're a small, fast-growing team that genuinely cares about renewable energy and making a difference. We're just not great at telling people about it. We need someone with fresh ideas, digital native energy, and the confidence to tell us when our ideas are terrible. (They often are.)
If you think you can help a bunch of solar nerds become slightly less invisible online, we'd love to hear from you.
To apply, send your CV, portfolio/samples (even personal projects count!), and expected internship period to [protected info]
P.S. - If your application email has a good subject line, you're already ahead of most of our internal emails.
