JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities
1. Advertising & App Store Visual Design
Design static and animated visual assets for advertising campaigns across various ad networks.
Create game-related visuals for iOS and Android app stores, including app icons, screenshots, store graphics, and other promotional assets.
Ensure all designs meet project requirements, brand guidelines, and quality standards.
2. Fanpage & Marketing Visuals
Design visual content for fanpages, social media platforms, and other marketing channels.
Collaborate with relevant teams to develop creative ideas that support marketing and product objectives.
Perform other project-related tasks as assigned by the Team Leader or Art Director.
3. Quality & Project Management
Take responsibility for the quality and delivery timelines of assigned tasks.
Proactively monitor progress and ensure projects are completed according to agreed requirements.
Share knowledge and support internal training activities for team members.
4. Team Collaboration
Work closely with team members and relevant departments to ensure effective project execution.
Participate actively in meetings, discussions, brainstorming sessions, and product evaluations.
Communicate and coordinate effectively to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Contribute ideas to improve workflows, team efficiency, and overall project performance.
Handle additional tasks as assigned to support project execution.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements
More than 4 years of experience in game design or a related field.
Good understanding of the mobile game market and ability to quickly identify industry and design trends.
Knowledge of product analysis and evaluation.
Basic knowledge of probability and statistics.
Knowledge of Unity and C# is an advantage.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Good research, information processing, and synthesis skills.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge.
Open-minded and willing to receive feedback from others.
Friendly, collaborative, and proactive at work.
Passionate about playing, designing, and developing games.
Strong willingness to learn and continuously improve professional skills.
