Job Overview
Job title: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Sales & Back-Office)
Working Location: Lottery Tower, 77 Tran Nhan Ton, Dist 5, HCMC
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to handle both mass and non-mass hiring while supporting HR operations and engagement activities.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment
Manage end-to-end hiring for field sales (mass), operations, and back-office roles.
Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and on-ground field activities.
Build and maintain pipelines for high-demand roles and key locations.
Screen CVs, conduct interviews, manage offers, and coordinate onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers and guide them on structured interview practices.
HR Operations Support
Coordinate interview logistics, documentation, and onboarding tasks with HR Ops.
Maintain recruitment data and weekly hiring reports.
Support contract preparation and joining formalities when needed.
HR Engagement Support
Enhance candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support onboarding engagement for new hires.
Participate in employer branding content, recruitment events, and internal HR activities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
1+ year of recruitment experience (mass sales hiring is a plus).
Strong sourcing and communication skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
