MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
To provide administrative, operational, and data support to the entire
Business Development department, with a strategic focus on the Key Account and SME teams. This role is execution-oriented, focusing on updating, maintaining, and providing direct support based on standardized templates and guidelines from the Sales Operations department, thereby optimizing the workflow and efficiency of the sales teams.
Accountabilities
Multi-Team Administrative & Operational Support
Handle paperwork and coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., BD, Merchant Operations) to resolve operational issues promptly.
Manage POSM inventory and coordinate timely distribution to teams based on priority and need.
Consolidate business figures and coordinate with Finance and Sales Ops to perform reconciliation, calculation, and propose incentive payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for BD teams.
Sales Documentation & Process Support
Execute updates to sales materials (Sales Playbook, Guidelines, Scripts, etc.) based on standardized templates from Sales Operations.
Assist in designing and preparing materials (if required) for campaigns or specific team needs, under the guidance of management.
Ensure the latest versions of all documents are properly stored and distributed to relevant teams.
Multi-Team Data & Reporting Support
Update and maintain sales data for assigned teams in the system regularly (daily/weekly/monthly).
Provide direct support to sales teams (prioritizing Key Account & SME) in modifying and monitoring dashboards and reports as requested.
Verify data accuracy and assist in compiling simple reports using pre-defined templates from Sales Ops.
Other Support Duties
Participate in and take notes for internal sales team meetings as required.
Support other tasks as assigned by the Sales Ops Lead and Sales Managers.
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Qualification & Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Preferred candidate with at least 2 years of experience in a sales administration, business support, or operational role, particularly with exposure to a Key Account/B2B environment.
Experience working with data, reports, and office systems (Excel/Google Sheets, CRM).
Skills:
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to multitask and support multiple teams with different priorities.
Effective communication and internal coordination skills, especially with sales teams and support functions.
Meticulous, responsible, flexible, and proactive mindset.
Basic ability to work with numerical data and a fast-learning attitude.
Basic design skills (Canva, PowerPoint) are a plus for supporting material creation

Làm việc với quản lý cửa hàng,
quản lý kinh doanh,
nhân viên bán hàng (NVBH) tại cửa hàng để xác định nguyên nhân không phát sinh giao dịch và xử lý ngay tại chỗ và thúc đẩy giao dịch.
Đào tạo cho NVBH: quy trình thanh toán, cách giới thiệu giải pháp Fundiin Pay Later.
Kiểm tra & đảm bảo POSM theo quy chuẩn để tăng cường nhận diện và khả năng chuyển đổi
Theo dõi giao dịch thanh toán Fundiin Pay Later theo cửa hàng, thực hiện các chỉ tiêu kinh doanh theo ngày/tuần/tháng
YÊU CẦU ỨNG VIÊN
Có 1-2 + kinh nghiệm Field Sales trong ngành bán lẻ/dịch vụ giá trị cao (điện máy, mobile, nội thất, beauty clinic, fitness...).
Kỹ năng giao tiếp - thuyết phục - xử lý tình huống tốt; làm việc hiệu quả với NVBH & quản lý cửa hàng.
Tác phong nhanh nhẹn, linh hoạt, chủ động; chịu di chuyển giữa các cửa hàng và thực hiện KPIs theo ngày/tuần/tháng.
Có tinh thần giải quyết vấn đề tại chỗ, hỗ trợ đối tác để tăng giao dịch thực tế.
Ưu tiên: kinh nghiệm Fintech, BNPL, ví điện tử, POS/offline payment hoặc onboarding merchant offline.
