About the Team:
The role is a critical player in the TikTok SEA Content Strategy and Operations Team (CSO). The team's vision is to amplify the power of our global community, and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are. CSO team's key objective is to stay competitive and to achieve breakthrough growth through content diversification, creator initiatives and account management. They generate insights into global strategy, transforming Global Content Strategy across Vertical, Community, Programming, and Creators monetisation into Local Market Action Plan tailored to local conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize the keywords wording to make it more readable.
- Execute and maintain the trending billboard content quality & safety.
- Responsible for connecting with trends ops team and assisting trends team in planning trends topic.
Qualifications
- Familiar with local trends and wording style, including the viral and news content
- Experience in the social media platform or news industry.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
- Ability to work in a fast-changing environment
- A team player who is accountable, proactive, can work under high pressure, and solution-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
