Job description:
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented L&D Collab to support the full training operations process - from preparation to post-training follow-up.
You'll play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination and a great learning experience for our Starters.
Support end-to-end training operations: before, during, and after each session
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/trainers for logistics, communication.
Manage training communication, including invitations, reminders, and learner follow-up (pre-work & post-work).
Handle logistics such as room booking, layout setup, learning materials preparation, and technical support.
Assist with contracts and payment processes for external trainers or vendors.
Job requirements:
Full-time availability.
A university student or fresh graduate, preferably majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related fields. ·
Have an agile learning mindset, passionate about learning and development, and eager to grow.
Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
Able to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively.
Good English skills
