1. Job Description:
Monitor the work of part-time collaborators to meet defined standards and deadlines.
Review content topics and content channels for compliance with the product's community guidelines and terms of service to ensure content qualified demand.
Assist in content quality & quantity control workflow.
Coordinate with supervising departments for timely management of content that violates our policies.
Report & data analysis on content moderation on a daily/weekly basis.
2. Requirements:
Qualification
Bachelor (collaborator level) or junior/senior year in university (internship level) active user and keen interest in video products;
Having experience in BPO/content moderation and content analysis is preferred;
Familiar with local regulations, Vietnamese culture terms in particular reviewing video content is preferred;
Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.) or PowerPoint;
Have good sense and standards for high quality content.
Working skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to work in a high tempo environment, respond to day-to-day challenges and quick adaption to the changes;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
