MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
Oversee month-end closing OPEX/CAPEX accounts (including accruals review through ERP).
Control the expenditure in line with the budget through purchasing requests ensuring they are approved sufficiently. Investigate any unusual trends.
Monitor the monthly OPEX reports in proper way
Prepare/Review the analysis reports for monthly figures with the past and planning as the GAP analysis with providing intensive comments/recommendations
Prepare and forecast budget for capital expenditure, full operating costs and assist Head of Internal Control present it to the management for approval.
Optimize and reduce waste in processes impact to OPEX/CAPEX and provide consultation to stakeholders
Handle other tasks assigned by Line Manager
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with professional qualification
Working experience with ERP
Working experience with cross-functional departments, deal with high level managements and external stakeholders
Minimum 4 year experience in internal audit field in corporate company
Previous controlling experience under Finance industry (Consumer Finance, Insurance, Ecommerce) is a plus
Result-oriented and strong analytical and logical skills and sound business judgments
Good communication and negotiation skills
Ability to solve complex issues and manage conflicts
Demonstrate urgency, flexibility, adaptability, and desire to learn, clearly defining priorities and objectives
