Media Intern
We are looking for a motivated Media Intern to join our marketing team, who will support various initiatives, gaining insight into
digital marketing strategies and media operations.
This role provides:
Hands-on experience in media planning, campaign management, and performance analysis.
Exposure to media strategy and campaign optimization.
Mentorship from experienced media professionals.

Assist in the planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting of digital media campaigns across multiple channels, including but not limited to: Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, KOL/KOC collaborations, Community platforms, Social Groups & Pages, Out-of-Home (OOH), and in-app advertising
Ensure smooth campaign execution, including setup, performance tracking, budget monitoring, and KPI management.
Utilize tracking tools (e.g. AppsFlyer, Firebase, GA4, Deep Link, etc.) to analyze campaign effectiveness, website/app performance, and user behavior insights.
Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal cross-functional teams and external partners/agencies.
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, platform updates, and evolving media consumption behaviors.
Support the team in internal initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Experience: Basic understanding of marketing and digital marketing principles, including familiarity with digital marketing platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, TikTok). Hands-on experience running digital campaigns is a strong plus.

Essential Skills:
Organizational skills to meet deadlines and deliver tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Eagerness to learn, research, and stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform developments.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-growth tech environment, with a strong willingness to adapt to constant changes.

Tham gia hỗ trợ quản lý task, bám sát timeline, và hỗ trợ coordinate, communicate với các team thuộc nhiều function khác nhau (từ Brand, Marketing, Business, đến Creative, Design, Technical
Developer)
Hỗ trợ lên kế hoạch phát triển sản phẩm và triển khai các hoạt động truyền thông cho sản phẩm
Tham gia research để hiểu tâm lý, hành vi người dùng, từ đó đóng góp idea phát triển sản phẩm & campaign
Triển khai các công việc cần thiết hỗ trợ cho dự án
Yêu cầu công việc:
Là người trẻ yêu thích sự sáng tạo, đổi mới, quan tâm đến công nghệ AI và startup
Nắm bắt tốt các xu hướng, trend trên mạng xã hội, hứng thú với việc tạo ra content hay
Tốt nghiệp (hoặc đang theo học năm cuối) từ các trường đại học hàng đầu trong/ngoài nước
Có tư duy logic tốt, khả năng viết/nói diễn đạt rõ ràng, mạch lạc
Result-driven, có khả năng problem solving linh hoạt
Nhiệt tình, ham học hỏi, có trách nhiệm với công việc và không ngại việc khó
Là người cẩn thận, biết để ý chi tiết, đúng giờ, đúng hẹn
Biết dùng tốt Excel, Figma, Google Slides là một điểm cộng
