Your role:
Recruitment Support
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
Schedule interviews
Support onboarding processes for new hires
Attendance & Timekeeping
Maintain and update employee attendance records
Assist in preparing monthly timesheets
HR Documentation & Filing
Organize and maintain employee records and HR documents
Ensure proper filing and data accuracy (both physical and digital)
Employee Engagement
Support planning and organizing internal activities and engagement programs
Assist in company events, team-building, and communication initiatives
Administrative Support
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Final-year student majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields
Good command of English (both written and spoken)
Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
