JOB DESCRIPTION
Process expense claims and invoices on the company system (C&GO) in a timely and accurate manner
Provide administrative support to managers as assigned, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently
Assist in organizing and supporting internal activities such as employee birthdays, CSR programs, and other engagement events
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of assigned tasks
Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
REQUIREMENTS
3rd or 4th year students majoring in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields
Strong interest in and career orientation toward administrative roles
Good communication skills; proficiency in English and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Proactive, quick learner, adaptable, and team-oriented personality
