In this role, you will support the senior account manager in maintaining and growing relationships with regional clients, primarily in Australia, Singapore, the UK and Vietnam. This position offers a great opportunity to develop knowledge in the fundamentals of digital marketing account management and as well as grow your client relationship skills within a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
● Support Client Relationships:
Assist in managing day-to-day communication with clients, helping to build trust and rapport.
Support the team in addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Growth with client relationships is a priority; building long-term trust and understanding is essential.
● Client Growth:
Contribute to new
business development efforts by supporting proposals and presentations.
Focus on driving client satisfaction and retention through a customer-centric approach.
● Project Assistance:
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project components such as SEO, social media, and paid advertising. Track project progress and communicate updates to clients and team members.
● Administrative and Process Support:
Help develop and implement standard operating procedures for account management.
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, Asana).
● Industry and Company Knowledge:
Attend industry events and internal meetings to learn more about client industries and digital marketing best practices.
Support proposals and presentations under guidance from senior team members.
● Growth and Learning:
Gain exposure to new business opportunities.
Develop your skills in client communication, project coordination and digital marketing strategies.
● Self-Motivation & Initiative:
This role demands a self-motivated individual who can take initiative, manage tasks proactively, and work independently when needed.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● 1-3 years of experience in a digital agency environment, with a strong understanding of
client servicing workflows (briefing, execution, follow-up, and reporting). Priority will be
given to candidates with experience as
Account Executives or in similar client-facing
roles.
● Solid understanding of key digital channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website, and SEO, sufficient to engage in client and internal team discussions.
● Customer service-oriented mindset: proactive, detail-oriented, a good listener, and capable of handling client situations smoothly.
● Ability to organize work, follow deadlines, and take ownership of tasks.
● Quick and self-motivated learner, able to onboard quickly and work independently at a basic level.
● Excellent communication skills in English (fluency essential).
● Organised, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
● Proficiency in MS Office and basic experience with CRM tools is a plus.
● Enthusiastic team player with a proactive attitude.
