JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Support Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for Customer Support and Maintenance of an IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) software product -that delivers real-time voice and multimedia services over any access networks and on any user devices.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a telecommunication network. You will be part of our global support team, working with multiple customers and their partners around the world, and contributing directly to customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Interact with customers to understand, troubleshoot, and resolve a wide range of technical issues.
Provide day-to-day service and support to end customers and partners worldwide.
Effectively consult customers on software deployment and operations, providing troubleshooting, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
Collaborate closely with R&D teams and Solution Architects to find solutions and solve customer issues.
Maintain a strong customer focus with a positive, service-oriented attitude.
Actively contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
IT Background
Strong communication skills in English
Good analytic, trouble-shooting and problem-solving capabilities.
Good at interpretation, negotiation skills.
Familiar with Linux and cloud environment.
Able to understand C/C++ programming language.
Ability to experiment, think creatively "outside the box"
Open to learn and adapt to new technologies
