JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a creative and energetic Social Media Content Creator to join our team! You will be responsible for generating original, eye-catching, and engaging content across a range of platforms, helping our clients grow their digital presence and connect with their audience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, produce, and publish high-quality content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to brainstorm, plan, and execute social media campaigns.
Stay updated on social media trends, viral topics, and platform updates to ensure fresh, relevant content.
Write compelling captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions that drive engagement.
Manage and update the content calendar for multiple brands and projects.
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers and communities to build strong relationships.
Track, analyze, and report on content performance using analytics tools.
Support the creation of visual assets in partnership with graphic designers and photographers/videographers.
Research competitors and trending topics for content inspiration.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1+ year of experience in social media content creation or management.
Proven ability to create engaging social media content (portfolio or links required).
Proficient in using social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus).
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
Creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of visual aesthetics.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Basic English skills; Vietnamese language proficiency required.
