Position Overview
As a
business development intern, you will support our business development and marketing efforts through tasks such as market research, client outreach, content creation, and campaign execution, etc. This role helps you develop your skills and gain practical experience in a fast-paced
digital marketing agency environment.
Duration: [At least: - 6 months]
Location: On-site (35 Xuan Thuy, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, HCMC) *Google Maps
Working time: Monday to Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Work start date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Marketing Support
Market Research - Conduct research and analyze competitors to identify industry trends and uncover new opportunities for both client campaigns and internal growth.
Client Prospecting & Pitching - Assist in identifying potential B2B clients, preparing outreach materials, and supporting the pitch process along the digital marketing value chain.
Content Creation - Help develop engaging content for social media, blogs, newsletters, and other communication platforms to support brand visibility and engagement.
Social Media Management - Support day-to-day management of company channels by scheduling posts, tracking engagement, and reporting on social media performance.
Marketing Campaign Support - Assist in planning and executing campaigns including email marketing, digital advertising, and promotional events to enhance brand and client impact.
2. Project & Account Support
Project Coordination - Help monitor project scope and schedules, and assist in implementing processes to maintain efficiency and timely delivery.
Proposal & Output Development - Support in preparing proposals and collaborating with internal teams to deliver well-structured, high-quality outputs for clients.
Administrative Support - Perform key administrative tasks such as organizing meetings, maintaining documentation, and supporting contract and paperwork flow.
Reporting - Prepare internal reports and updates to support team visibility on project progress and client deliverables.
Qualifications
Required
General
Stable attendance
Recent graduate or fourth-year student
Able to work full-time on-site
Strong interest in e-commerce and digital marketing
Skills
English proficiency (IELTS 6.0 / TOEIC 800 or above)
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Personal habit of using social media
Basic understanding of marketing principles
Mindset & Traits

Preferred
Previous internship or work experience in digital marketing or related fields.
Experience in managing advertising campaigns.
Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT) using habits.
What We Offer
Intern allowance: 6,000,000 VND/month
Mac/Windows PC and monitor are provided
