As a Customer Support Intern, you will work with CS Lead in Customer Support field.
This job will help you acquire CS skills and provide you with knowledge of the CS field, and experience the start-up working environment.
Description
Handle customer queries & complaints according to the Company procedures and service standard.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the service quality and customers' concerns are met.
Other tasks are assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
No experience required
Final-year or fresh graduate students, preferably in business administration, social science areas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese
Ability to intern full-time from 6 months is a plus
Good command in English (verbal/written)
Agile, proactive, responsible at work
Ability to hard - working, learn proactively & take on various challenges in a start-up environment
