Main Responsibilities
Manage client communications for campaigns, including analysis, reporting, and reviews.
Coordinate project operations, including receiving briefs, providing briefings, supporting planning, and managing proposal deliverables.
Take charge of pitching our services to potential customers, showcasing the value proposition and competitive advantages.
Effectively convey ideas to clients and team members (Design, Media, Content, etc.) to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products and services.
Develop and manage projects/programs, such as building proposals, creating implementation plans, establishing evaluation mechanisms, developing client plans, managing budgets, and setting timetables.
Oversee billing and reporting processes.
Create and drive outreach plans, develop effective messages, manage events, expand contact networks, and deliver compelling pitches.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, specifically in digital media/marketing, with a solid understanding of media planning and strategy, and some exposure to working with creative/production teams.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (equivalent to IELTS 6.5), with skills in pitching and showcasing services.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to the team's success.
Strong project management, time management and problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
Proven success in pitching proposals to clients and winning new business opportunities.
Knowledge of marketing strategy and experience in creating IMC plans and SEO projects.
Leadership of a small team.

Your Responsibilities
1. Link Building
Acquiring Backlinks: Develop and execute strategies to secure high-quality backlinks from reputable websites to enhance domain authority and rankings.
Outreach: Build relationships with bloggers, influencers, and webmasters for guest posts and link placements.
Monitoring Backlinks: Use tools to track the status and quality of backlinks, ensuring they remain active, relevant, and beneficial for SEO.
2. Online Reputation Management

3. On-Page SEO
Keyword Optimization: Conduct keyword research to identify target terms, then optimize for SEO-friendly URLs, page titles, meta descriptions, headers, and LSIs to improve search visibility.
Content Creation: Identify and prioritize content gaps and opportunities to create content ideas. Collaborate with content teams to create and optimize engaging, high-quality content that supports SEO goals and aligns with user intent.

Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with external partners and internal teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator, a proactive team player with at least 2 years of working experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage progresses, and communicate with stakeholders to achieve project goals. Main Responsibilities
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones and resource allocation based on defined scope, objectives and deliverables.
Assign tasks to team members based on availability and project's requirements; ensure that all team members understand their tasks and client expectations.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Monitor and manage risks throughout the project lifecycle (schedule slippage, scope creep, resource constraint, quality issue, etc.) and proactively addressing issues before they escalate.
Regularly review and assess project deliverables against the established standards, providing feedback and making necessary adjustments to maintain high-quality outputs.
Facilitate effective written & verbal communication among project clients/developers through meetings, emails, Slack, Whatsapps, or other communication channels.
Maintain all project-related documents (project plans, schedules, requirements, design documents, meeting notes, etc.) via Google Suite.
Daily report to higher managers on project progress, risks, and issues.
Maintain professional and positive working atmosphere within the project team.
REQUIREMENTS
Must have
University graduate majoring in Economics, Foreign Languages, IT or related majors.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or TOEIC 900).
Have 1 year of experience related to management and customer support (knowledge/experience in the IT industry is an advantage).
Ability to convey information clearly and formally to stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understand and meet the needs and expectations of clients or stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive.
Nice to have
Having knowledge of project management is an advantage.
Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).
