I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up, and candidate care.
Receive training and participate in recruiting for entry-level positions across various functions.
Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment reports, and tracking files.
Participate in career fairs, campus recruitment events, and other talent acquisition initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas and develop content to promote the company's Employer Brand across social media platforms.
Assist in planning and executing Employer Branding campaigns and initiatives.
II. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Passionate about working with people, employer branding, and storytelling.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to adapt quickly.
Familiar with social media platforms; proficiency in Canva and AI tools is an advantage.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days/week).
