JOB DESCRIPTION
Search & screen candidates, conduct interviews, send shortlists to clients
Follow up on interview status with both clients and candidates and provide feedback to both parties
Build and maintain a good relationships with clients and candidates
Database development & enrichment, including client and candidate database
REQUIREMENTS
Fresh graduates/year 3,4 students from universities who are passionate about the #HR field
Proficient in English
Possess strong research skills, attention to detail, and meticulousness
Proactive in their work
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Immediate availability for the position (minimum 3-month internship).
